The Parent Consent and Teen Code of Conduct forms are required regardless if the minors’ parent(s) are at the conference or not! These forms must be completed, signed and either faxed ahead or turned in at registration in order for the teen to receive his/her Conference Badge, which is required to participate in any Conference activities.
